THE VISION
The intention behind my work is to capture and distill the beautiful aspects of love and connection. Starting with your vision, and ultimately rendering emotive, distinct, and honest imagery to be relived for generations. I feel privileged to pursue a vocation that focuses on documenting love.
THE PERSON
Mother to my beautiful son and the sunshine in my life, Alejandro. Wife, matcha drinker, lover of travel; happiest when near the ocean or lakeside. Enjoys long walks, the outdoors and always dancing to a tune in my head. Besides the mentioned things above, things I cannot live without are good food, tequila, animals, and music.
My team and I work with couples worldwide. When I am not traveling, I split my time between Miami and Latin America. This dual-based lifestyle supports international travel for weddings with such a central location.
While I was born in Miami, I also hold roots in El Salvador — a setting where some of my family lives to this day and a location that encompasses my heritage and a tropical lifestyle that I adore.
THE HISTORY
Every artist has a unique way of seeing the world, and this perspective influences the energy they bring and how they share space with their subjects. For me, that stems from my Latin American heritage, my formal photography training, and the time I spent working in New York surrounded by some of the most inspiring artists.
I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a double major in photography and graphic design at Savannah College of Art and Design in 2010. Shortly after, I moved to New York City where I worked for five years with some of the most talented creative directors and photographers in the commercial fashion photography industry. Today, I am a destination wedding photographer, splitting my time between Latin America, the American coastlines, and the worldwide destinations of my couples’ events.
